Wriggle and Roll Baby classes are designed to replicate an in person baby class but with the benefit that you can follow along from the comfort of your own home. In each class we will:
sing a number of songs , some well known to you and some original Wriggle and Roll songs, but always with subtitles! Each song I will demonstrate ways you can interact with your baby to really get the full sensory encouragement benefits
Do an activity such as ‘What’s in the Box’ ( you can do this with things found around the house), or reading a story, or hidden instruments!
Enjoy a moment of sensory relaxation including baby massage
All of the above is carefully designed to promote sensory development and also provide a framework for bonding and connection between you and baby.
Baby brain sparks is a taster pack, allowing you to try different aspects of our class courses. If you and Baby enjoy them- and we really think you will, you may then be interested to sign up for our 5 week course with a full, extensive class each week of fun and varying themes!
NO! These classes can be followed with no additional materials at all. All you need is you and baby. There are some things around the house you can use to enhance the class, and I will tell you what they are, OR if you really want some things you can buy but there is nothing absolutely necessary.
The classes are designed for parents/carers and their babies from around 2 to 18 months. If your baby is older they will still thoroughly enjoy the classes, you will just find they will act out a lot things for themselves, rather than you demonstrating for them as when they are younger.

My second child was born during lockdown, and in a much smaller town so I didn’t have access to classes and it got me thinking of everyone around the world that may not have access to classes - and so Wriggle and Roll was born!
